Her background spans strategic and operational HR leadership, employment law consultancy, employee relations, policy development, organisational change, leadership capability, acquisitions, and workforce strategy.

Having worked closely with businesses navigating complex people challenges, Stefanie recognised that many SMEs lacked access to practical, affordable, and professionally developed HR support.

People Policy Co. was created to solve that problem.

By combining strategic HR expertise with practical implementation, the business helps employers build strong HR foundations that protect the organisation, support managers, and create better people practices for long term growth.

Stefanie holds a Masters Degree with Distinction in Strategic Human Resource Management, is CIPD qualified, and remains committed to professional development and best practice in people management.
